Yesterday we learned Bob's recently retired cardiologist has died. In fact he died the day we saw the new cardiologist. We did not learn the cause of death, just that it was unexpected. That's quite a curve.
Monday Bob had three medical appointments and we shopped Costco. That's too much in one day. We only had one appointment on our calendar but every office sent us to another lab or clinic. He gave blood all over town. Costco was very close so we did that as well.
Daughter was here for a few days and we were very busy on some projects. She was a big help. Son called to see if we'd like to go to dinner and to the theater to see the local theater group's production of the novel "The Graduate."
We tucked Bob in for the night and headed out for the evening. It was absolutely wonderful. Actually it probably wasn't all that wonderful, but it had been so long since I'd done anything like that it seemed wonderful.
I sometimes use the 'Blogger' app on my phone or iPad to write this blog. This morning that app is no longer working on either device. I've just updated both devices and apparently the app does not work with the latest update. Bummer. Another one of life's curves I suppose.
I suspect there will be quite a drop in the number of viewers for tonight's Vice Presidential debate. I can live without viewing it. I've never been sure why Pense would want to be Trump's running mate. I know he is unpopular as governor of Indiana but politically how does he expect being Trump's running mate to help him? Another one of life's curve's I suppose.
