Recently in one of my wheezing episodes I asked him to get me one of his inhalers. The expiration date on it was 2012. As I thought, he was stashing them. He just enjoyed the social connection of visiting with the doctor and his office staff.
There will not be a new pulmonary person on Bob's care team. Today I'm calling our pharmacy to cancel any future inhaler deliveries.
He saw the cardiologist last week and got a good report. His next visit is scheduled for six months. He may get lonely. He loves visiting with the people in that office as well.
At this moment in time he's doing very well. Come June he will turn 85.
I goofed!! I reacted.
Reaction is what I'm working to avoid. In my last post I "reacted." Reaction is not the way to get things done and I know this. I must try harder.
From Matthew Dowd on Twitter:
"Folks quit saying Trump has good cabinet, as if that is paramount. What matters most is White House Staff, they control the presidency." (Trump can hire staff without senate approval.)
