Eyes and Communication

Phoebe the Bouvier

I have a new friend and I smile every time she stops by to visit.

She's a little big so I think I'll start moving the table onto the grass.

The oddest thing about visiting with her is I can't see her eyes. That really throws me off. I had no idea eye contact was so important in communication.

  2. Oh yes, I would want to look into her eyes too.
Doggy eyes are usually so expressive. I do think it's great though that you have this new friend.

  3. Sometimes the best dogs are other people's dogs. All the benefits and none of the problems. Kind of like being a grandparent. She is adorable.

  4. Isn't she a beauty? Obviously she has taken a shine to you.

  5. I love that dog! She needs one of those tiny bows with a rubber band on the top of her head to keep the hair out of her eyes. One of the dogs that goes to my groomer has a part down the center and two little bows by her ears...so cute!
